Central Academy BAND

Central Academy of Technology and Arts is home to over 800 high school students in Union County, North Carolina who have have chosen to focus their studies in one of six academies. The CATA band program is proud to offer students a traditional band experience within the academy setting complete with concert, marching and jazz ensembles that perform on a regular basis. Band plays anthem at Knights game...

The Charlotte Knights baseball team has a brand new stadium in downtown Charlotte! Come check out the May 9th home game against the Buffalo Bisons where musicians from the CATA band program will perform the National Anthem.

As a friend and supporter of the CATA band program, you are invited to purchase a discounted ticket for this game and sit with the band. Purchasing a ticket through the band will afford you a $15 seat for ONLY $12.

MAKE ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO CATA BAND BOOSTERS.

Purchase your ticket from your favorite CATA band member or email Ms. Craven (catacougarband@gmail.com) by FRIDAY, MAY 2 to reserve a ticket.

We will perform the anthem at 6:55 and the first pitch will be thrown at 7:05, so be sure to get to the game in plenty of time to find your seat.
